Boys to Men — Brotherwood
A 10-week pathway for boys to build responsibility, resilience, and leadership early.
This program is built for boys who need more than school can give them.
It gives them structure, challenge, physical work, responsibility, leadership, and a code to stand on.
The program runs through Thursday ZUU and Brotherwood Framework sessions, and Saturday farm work, life skills, and mentorship at Pundi Produce.
It is practical. It is relational. It is built to help boys grow into young men who can regulate themselves, lead others, and carry real responsibility in the world.
